928 Re-conditioned Upholstery Guarantee

 

 

 

 

Portia’s Parts Restoration (PPR) guarantees the reconditioned upholstery against cracking, peeling and fading for a period of one year from the date of purchase.  The following conditions govern all adjustments under this guarantee.

 

  1. All repairs will be prorated after the first thirty days based on the purchase date and price.
  2. PPR may repair, replace or refund the prorated balance of the purchase price at PPR’s option. Such adjustment represents PPR’s sole liability.  PPR is not responsible for shipping and labor for installing replaced parts.
  3. Acceptance of the product at the time of purchase constitutes the acceptance of the quality of the re-conditioned part.  If the quality of the part is not acceptable to the purchaser at time of delivery it must be returned before installation to PPR.  PPR will at is sole discretion either replace the product or refund the purchase price less any shipping and handling charges   Fees for special color matching or materials are non refundable.
  4. Core exchanges must be returned within sixty days of the receipt of the reconditioned part to be eligible for a core charge refund.  Cores that are damaged beyond repair will not be accepted for exchange.
  5. Abuse, improper installation, the use of Armor All ® and other Silicon based vinyl products, cleaning with harsh chemicals or the use of abrasives will void this guarantee and release PPR from all obligation under this agreement.
  6. PPR is not responsible for any damage caused by the installation of reconditioned parts or their subsequent failure.  It is recommended that all parts be installed by professional and competent service personnel.
  7. Guarantee is non-transferable.
